Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati, a leading professional firm in the field of tax and legal consultancy, is looking for a Receptionist for its Milan office.

The selected person, included in the team, will be in charge of the following activities:

• Daytime reception coverage (for staff access, driveway opening, parking management)
• Reception of employees, customers and candidates
• Managing incoming telephone calls and any internal communications
• General secretarial work, managing meeting rooms and archives.

Requirements: 

• Good interpersonal skills
• Basic English language skills
• Experience with the use of a PC and the Office package.

Experience in a similar role in structured and formal contexts will be considered a plus.
