Tax

The Tax area provides support to clients on all major tax and company law issues, both day-to-day matters and major corporate reorganizations.
The Tax area deals, in particular, with tax litigation and assistance with the resolution of disputes with the Italian tax authorities and tax audits, assistance with cooperative compliance procedures, with corporate reorganization transactions (reorganizations, restructurings, contributions, demergers, M&As and private equity transactions), with internationalization, privatization and listing transactions, with transfer pricing and patent box issues, and with the laying down and implementation of tax risk management models. It also deals with VAT, excise and customs matters and provides advice on wealth management.
The career path in this area is as follows: Trainee, Associate, Senior Associate, Counsel, Associate Partner, Partner.

HR Consultancy & Payroll

The HR & Payroll area supports companies and organizations in all administrative and tax issues related to HR management and calculates and prepares paychecks. Its activities are designed to streamline the management of work relationships, by dealing with procedures such as the determination of remuneration policies and fringe benefits.
The career path in this area is as follows: Trainee, Associate, Senior Associate, Counsel, Associate Partner and Partner.

Corporate Finance

Corporate Finance deals with strategic finance for companies and organizations, to support their growth and market approach. The team consists of senior consultants and provides advice on investment projects and opportunities. Its main areas of activity are Equity Capital Market, M&A – Mergers & Acquisitions, Debt Advisory, Restructuring, Valuation Services and Grant Advisory.
The career path in this area is as follows: Junior Analyst, Analyst, Senior Analyst, Associate Director, Director, Managing Director and Partner.

Accounting

L’area Accounting gestisce le attività di tenuta della contabilità e di vigilanza sulle società, unendo le competenze amministrative e contabili a quelle normative e legali.
L’attività di assistenza alle imprese comprende la predisposizione di bilanci in Local GAAP, IAS IFRS, US GAAP, di budget, reporting, nonché bilanci consolidati sia nazionali, sia internazionali con conversione di principi contabili di gruppo a quelli locali e viceversa. Fanno parte dei servizi offerti l’implementazione, gestione, analisi e valutazione sia delle procedure contabili e amministrative, sia del sistema di controllo interno. L’area, inoltre, offre vari servizi integrativi di supporto alle società clienti.

Audit & Assurance

The Audit & Assurance area provides audit and supervisory services to companies as well as other monitoring activities reserved to professionals registered in specific lists. This area focuses its activities on the statutory audit of its client companies as well as on monitoring compliance by them with the Organizational Model pursuant to legislative decree 231 of 2001; this activities are carried out through the appointment of its Partners, Associate Partners and Directors to the Board of Statutory Auditors (Collegio Sindacale) and the Supervisory Body (Organo di Vigilanza) of many prestigious domestic and international companies engaged in different business sectors.

Advisory

L’area Advisory supporta le aziende clienti nella creazione valore di lungo periodo nei processi di cambiamento e di miglioramento delle performance. In particolare, l’Advisory copre l’intero ventaglio di servizi legati all’organizzazione amministrativa e alla realizzazione di una compliance integrata. I team che operano in quest’area utilizzano metodi e piattaforme tecnologiche all’avanguardia per supportare efficacemente le organizzazioni nella prevenzione di ogni situazione di rischio e in esigenze come: ottimizzazione dei processi, procedure ISO, gestione della compliance, IT Risk Assurance, Internal Audit, governance.
L’Advisory si rivolge a imprese di ogni settore e dimensione mettendo a disposizione professionisti con le migliori competenze in ambito GRC (Governance, Risk Management, Internal Audit, Compliance e ISO) ed IT Risk (IT risk assurance e Cyber Security).
