Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati, a leading professional firm in tax and legal consultancy, is seeking a General Services and Post Office Assistant for its Milan office. 

Role and activities

• Sorting mail and parcels
• Running errands to purchase supplies
• Posting and collecting mail from the Post Office and/or couriers
• Filing documents with the Revenue Agency
• General secretarial and filing duties
• Other tasks as required by the various departments. 

What we offer

• The gross annual salary (RAL) for this role is between € 23,000 and € 26,000
• The pay grade will be determined during the selection process based on the candidate’s profile and in accordance with the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Professional Firms
• The specific remuneration package, including any variable components, will depend on an assessment of the candidate’s profile against the role’s requirements
• The role offers additional benefits such as meal vouchers, a welfare programme and a wellbeing plan.

What we look for

• A strong aptitude for precision and punctuality
• Technical diploma and/or equivalent
• Experience using a PC and Microsoft Office
• Good interpersonal skills.
