Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati, a leading professional firm in the field of tax and legal consultancy, is looking for a qualified lawyer specialised in Corporate M&A for its Rome office.

The selected candidate, included in the work team, will be able to deepen the following areas:

• Corporate Law
• Commercial Law
• Commercial Contracts
• Litigation.

Required:

• Law degree, brilliantly obtained
• Experience of 2-4 years preferably in structured and/or international law firms
• Excellent command of the English language, knowledge also of French will be considered preferential
• Motivation for professional activity
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Previous experience in a similar field at structured firms will be an asset.
