Pirola Corporate Finance S.p.A., a strategic finance advisory firm specialising in providing advisory services in extraordinary finance transactions, is looking for an Associate Director for the Debt Advisory team at the Milan office.

The selected person, inserted in the team, alongside younger colleagues and with the support of the Partner, will assist customers in activities such as:

• Reorganization of the financial structure
• Bond issues ("private placement" and "minibonds")
• Structuring of instruments for the raising of debt capital, debt restructuring and subsidized finance.

Required:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in Debt Advisory activities, preferably for Corporate Finance companies
• Master's degree in economics or management engineering (preferably with a course of study in finance and financial markets)
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Interest in working towards objectives and in a challenging context
• Excellent command of the English language
• Excellent knowledge of the Office package.

The availability to make any trips to the national territory completes the profile.
