Pirola Corporate Finance S.p.A., a strategic finance advisory company specialized in providing advisory services in extraordinary finance transactions, is looking for a Secretary to be placed at the Milan office.

The selected person will support the Partners in activities such as:

• Assistance in the organization and preparation of meeting rooms
• Customer reception
• Support to Partners for the organization of trips, transfers and related expense reports
• Management of IT tools (Salesforce and mandate management, etc.)
• General secretarial activities.

Required:

• At least 1-2 years' experience in the role, preferably in structured contexts
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Excellent command of the English language
• Excellent knowledge of the Office package and IT tools.
