Pirola Corporate Finance S.p.A., a strategic finance advisory company specialised in providing assistance in extraordinary finance transactions, is looking for recent graduates to be included in internships at the Milan office. 

The selected candidates, included in the Debt Advisory team and flanked by more experienced colleagues, will support clients in activities such as: 

• Reorganisation operations of the financial structure 
• Bond issues (‘private placement’ and ‘minibonds’) 
• Structuring instruments for raising debt capital, debt restructuring and subsidised finance. 

Required: 

• Master's degree in economics or management engineering (preferably with studies in the field of finance and financial markets) 
• Strong motivation for consultancy activities and for Corporate Finance 
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills 
• Interest in working towards objectives and in a challenging environment 
• Excellent command of English 
• Excellent knowledge of the Office suite. 

A willingness to travel within Italy completes the profile. 

The internship is aimed at subsequent recruitment.
