Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati, a leading professional firm in the field of tax and legal consultancy, is looking for a CRM & Business Development Specialist for its Milan office.
The selected person, inserted in the Business Development function, will have as its main objective the development of national and international business, through the analysis and study of markets, sector analysis, identification of high-potential targets, definition and implementation of business development initiatives. He/she will be responsible for the management, quality and analysis of current and potential customer data in the Salesforce CRM, collaborating with the different stakeholders in the studio and ensuring the integration of all data (internal and external databases) to develop marketing and business development activities. He/she will also have the task of measuring, analyzing and monitoring the trend of the main KPIs relating to customers and prospective companies, in order to extrapolate useful insights to define an effective contact strategy and increase the possibility of business development actions towards the target companies identified.
