Fidiger Advisory S.p.A., a consulting firm belonging to the Pirola organization, is looking for Consultants/Senior Consultants dedicated to the implementation of the Tax Control Framework (TCF) to be included in the Governance Risk & Compliance division of the Milan office. 

The selected candidates will become part of an integrated multidisciplinary group where tax experts and internal control specialists collaborate together in the practice of the tax control framework operating on large market players. 

The project areas concern the following activities:

• Process mapping
• Mapping and formalization of controls to mitigate tax and administrative-accounting risks
• Application of Risk Management methodologies to assess tax risks
• Execution of testing activities on the TCF (Test of Design and Test of Effectiveness)
• Monitoring the effectiveness of the framework and identifying remediation actions
• Daily interface with the customer for data collection and follow-up.

Required:

• At least 1–2 years of experience implementing the Tax Control Framework
• Alternatively, at least 2–3 years of experience in auditing, preferably on industrial companies
• Degree in Economics, Law or similar
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork
• Propensity to study and continuous updating
• Fluent English. 

Tax training or experience in accounting and financial statements will be considered preferential.
