Fidiger Advisory S.p.A., a consulting company belonging to the Pirola organization, is looking for undergraduates and recent graduates to join the Governance Risk & Compliance division of the Milan office. 

The selected people will become part of a dynamic and stimulating team, and will be involved in projects in the following areas: 

• Internal Audit 
• Compliance 
• Analysis, design and assessment of the effectiveness of corporate processes 
• Risk Management 
• Assurance on administrative – accounting procedures ex L. 262/2005 and SOX 
• Verification of processes supporting the Organisation, Management and Control Models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001.  

We require:  

• Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or Law 
• Motivation for consultancy activities 
• Excellent command of the English language 
• Willingness to work in a team, excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Strong organisational skills. 

The profile is completed by a willingness to travel within Italy and abroad. 

Experience in the Advisory field, mainly in GRC, Internal Audit and ITGC projects, is an advantage.
