Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati, a leading professional firm in the field of tax and legal consultancy, is looking for a Secretarial Assistant to be placed at the Milan office.

Role and activities

• Assistance in the organization and preparation of meeting rooms
• File management and document updating
• Administrative assistance to the team's lawyers
• Support for the organization of trips, transfers and related expense reports
• Management of IT tools (Salesforce and mandate management, etc.)
• General secretarial activities in support of the Partner and the working group.

What we offer

• The gross annual salary (RAL) for this role is between € 24,000 and € 29,000
• The pay grade will be determined during the selection process based on the candidate’s profile and in accordance with the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Professional Firms
• The specific remuneration package, including any variable components, will depend on an assessment of the candidate’s profile against the role’s requirements

What we look for

• At least 1-2 years' experience in the role, preferably in structured contexts
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Excellent command of the English language
• Excellent knowledge of the Office package and IT tools.
