Pirola Advisory S.p.A., a strategic, digital and administrative consultancy firm, is seeking an Accounting Consultant to join its Accounting, Reporting & Management Control department at its Rome office. 

Role and activities

• Management of administrative and accounting obligations for client companies
• Recording, verification and analysis of accounting data relating to the active cycle, liabilities, treasury and personnel costs
• Preparation of financial statements and periodic reporting
• Preparation of all declarations and communications required by current tax legislation
• Management of payments, schedule checks, collections and reminders
• Active and passive invoicing
• Budgeting and forecasting activities.

What we offer

• The gross annual salary (RAL) for this role ranges from € 30,000 to € 35,000 for the Consultant level and from € 25,000 to € 29,000 for the Junior Consultant level
• The pay grade will be determined during the selection process based on the candidate’s profile and in accordance with the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Tertiary, Distribution and Services Sector
• The specific remuneration package, including any variable components, will depend on an assessment of the candidate’s profile against the role’s requirements
• The role offers additional benefits such as meal vouchers, a welfare programme and a wellbeing plan.

What we look for

• Preferably a degree in economics or a diploma in accounting
• Experience in accounting, gained in medium-sized companies, financial intermediaries or structured firms
• Excellent command of the English language
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Knowledge of SAP or other management software in the administrative/accounting field will be a preferential requirement.
