Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati, a leading professional firm in the field of tax and legal consultancy, is looking for an IT – Help Desk Specialist for its Milan office. 

The selected candidate will join the team and will be responsible for the following activities: 

• Configuring desktop and mobile devices (Windows and iOS)
• Supporting colleagues with IT/TLC issues
• Assistance and ticket resolution
• Support in managing various IT platforms.

Requirements:

• At least 6-12 months' experience in Help Desk activities
• Good knowledge of the main IT systems on the market
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team and towards objectives.
