Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati, a leading professional firm in the field of tax and legal consultancy, is looking for a Junior Building Manager for the Milan office. 

The selected candidate, within the General Services function, will be in charge of the following activities: 

• Monitoring of contracts and building status
• Coordination of maintenance activities and management of user reports
• Verifying constant compliance with safety regulations 
• Cataloguing, archiving and managing all documentation relating to the building, both paper and digital
• Any other activities as required by the various company functions. 

We require: 

• Previous experience in the field of property management or building maintenance
• Knowledge of technical installations and maintenance (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
• Knowledge of safety regulations and laws relating to building management
• Good knowledge of Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and Autocad
• Good organisational and priority management skills
• Willingness to work in a team
• Aptitude for problem solving and proactivity
• Technical diploma and/or equivalent.
