Pirola Corporate Finance S.p.A., a strategic finance advisory firm specialised in providing financial advisory services in connection with corporate finance transactions, is looking for a Senior Analyst/Manager for the Milan office.  

The selected candidate, part of the M&A team, will support clients in activities such as: 

• Financial modelling
• Investment memo and pitch book
• Coordination of activities, projects and assigned people
• Advising on M&A transactions. 

Required: 

• Master's degree in economics, preferably with a background in finance and financial markets
• At least 3-5 years of experience in Corporate Finance 
• Strong motivation for consultancy activities and Corporate Finance 
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills 
• Interest in working towards objectives and in a challenging environment 
• Excellent proficiency in the English language 
• Excellent knowledge of the Office package.  

The position will work mainly on sell-side activities for mid-market operations, as well as being able to move independently in the development of potential deals. 

The profile is completed by a willingness to travel within the national territory.
