Fidiger S.p.A., an accounting & finance consultancy company, is looking for a Corporate Assistant for its Milan office.

The person will be in charge of supporting the group's professionals in the following activities: 

• Corporate duties (paperwork in the Chamber of Commerce and Tax Agency) for client companies
• Keeping and updating company books
• Preparation of invoices
• Anti-money laundering forms
• Document processing and archiving
• Organising and supporting professionals' engagements
• Managing client correspondence
• Compilation of work papers and reminders
• Opening, modifying and managing assignments
• Ordinary secretarial activities.

The following are required

• Autonomy in corporate fulfilments (financial statements, offices, UL, powers, shareholders/shareholders, mergers, scia, VAT data changes)
• A few years' experience in similar tasks or in the administrative field
• Excellent knowledge of the Office package
• Seriousness, reliability and confidentiality
• Accuracy, organisation and spirit of collaboration.

Previous experience in the role in professional firms or structured companies will be an advantage.
